Contest: Cracking The Code

I'm sure that you're curious and anxious to find out as much as you can about the contest! Probably the biggest question is what the prize is. As I mentioned on th FAQ page the prize is based on the total sales of the site so, if the site sells out (stranger things have happened) that means that the lucky winner will get a maxiumum prize of $50,000 USD (10 % of $500,000), which is a lot of money. I've seen other puzzle contests on the net but the prizes suck and the codes to break or puzzles to solve weren't that fun. I think you'll agree that this will be a unique experience.

Details

The Code or puzzle (whatever you want to call it) is based on the content of the site, this includes ALL content and may include pages that link off the site but, obviously focused on the main page. Looks through the pics and the site, see anything? Anything unusual or out of place? I can't say too much more than that otherwise I will give the game away. The code in not unbreakable, it doesn't require a computer or even a calculator, it has been tried and tested and works so, like most puzzles just requires you to try. Get your friends involved, often times many pairs of eyes will see something that you may not on your own. Eventually you or someone else is going to crack it but, wouldn't it be best if you did it?.

When you think you have an answer, please email me here, with the answer along with the steps that you used to get the answer. This is to ensure that someone doesn't take a blind guess and get the answer. The first person who gets the answer and can back it up wins! Once that happens I will publish on this page the solution to the code.

If at all possible I would like to personally award you the prize (circumstances allowing). It would be great to meet the person that cracked the code on OnePageOneWorld!

Clues

I have provided some clues that will help you, read them carefully and think about them. I will give more clues as time goes on and will let you know in the blog part of this site or, I may add even more clues to the ones that are given below. The answer that I'm looking for is a sentence in the form of a question, when you know what that question is and the answer, let me know! Get ready for some fun! Below are your first clues:

The ides of March were upon the one who taking three strides came upon the worlds first microchip but found that he could not read the simple code found within it, like a language it was but long lost.

With the light of God showing the path of the secret link, through sacrifice and bravery was able to gaze upon the mechanism behind what waits for us in 2012.

With kamikaze effort a journey was then taken to see the rising giant of the east but the letters needed were missing even in the main text only and so west was chosen again into the lap of greatness.

No headlines or listings were ever sought to show people the shelter of the light but where capitalism calls home, strength returns.

From the mountains in the sky, the stones of healing that settled everything and all was righted.

Rules

There are not a lot of rules regarding the contest, in fact there are none. You don't have to be 18 or live in a certain country or be a buyer of squares to participate.

As long as you can access the site you're qualified. You don't have to register to play or fill out any forms or let me know in any way but I do appreciate getting emails from people who have decided to play.
